Privacy and Cookie Policy
This policy covers every language section of SkrillCasinoSites.org. The short version: we don't run analytics, we don't show ads, we don't set tracking cookies, and we don't ask you to create an account. The longer version explains the little data that does reach us and what you can do about it.
What We Collect
Reading the site requires nothing from you. Like any website, the servers that deliver our pages see technical request data: your IP address, the browser and device type, the page requested and the time. Our hosting and security provider handles these logs to keep the site running and to block abusive traffic. They aren't used to build a profile of you, and we don't combine them with anything else.
If you write to us through the contact form or by email, we receive what you choose to send, usually a name, an email address and your message. We use it to reply and, if you've reported a changed offer or a payout problem, to check the listing. Correspondence is kept for up to 12 months and then deleted, unless an open issue needs it longer.
We never ask for payment details, identity documents or casino login data. If anyone contacts you claiming to be us and asks for those, it isn't us.
Cookies and Similar Technologies
A cookie is a small text file a website stores in your browser. SkrillCasinoSites.org doesn't set analytics, advertising, social media or preference cookies, and it doesn't use local storage, tracking pixels or fingerprinting scripts. That's why you won't see a cookie banner here: there's nothing to consent to. If our hosting provider's security layer ever places a short-lived technical cookie to tell a person from a bot, it's strictly necessary, holds no personal profile and expires on its own.
Things change once you click through to a casino. The moment you land on an operator's site, its own cookies apply, including the affiliate cookie that tells the casino you arrived from us. Those are set by the casino, not by this site, and they're governed by the casino's privacy and cookie policy. Read it before you register, and use your browser settings if you want to block or delete them.
Clearing cookies is simple in any browser: Chrome, Safari, Firefox and Edge all have a privacy section where you can delete stored cookies and site data or block third-party cookies entirely. Doing so won't affect how this site works.
Legal Basis, Sharing and Transfers
We process server logs on the basis of legitimate interest (keeping the site secure and available) and correspondence on the basis of your request to hear back from us. We don't sell data, and we share it only with the providers that host the site and handle email, or with authorities where the law requires it. Some of those providers operate outside the UK and the European Economic Area; where that happens, transfers rely on the safeguards UK GDPR and the GDPR allow, such as standard contractual clauses.
Your Rights
Under UK GDPR and the Data Protection Act 2018 (and the GDPR if you're in the EU), you can ask for a copy of the personal data we hold about you, ask us to correct or delete it, object to its processing or ask us to restrict it. Write to thomas@skrillcasinosites.org and we'll answer within one month. If you're not happy with the reply, UK residents can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk; readers elsewhere can contact their national data protection authority.
We may update this policy if the way the site works changes. The version on this page is the current one.
